Here you are For a moment I thought you would never listen But I live under hope's roof This is for you My museum of thoughts An entity that lives independently of my flesh And through this song You're eternal Enter here Where you already are And here we are Infinite love And the power of that love Might heal Through me All things Let the wind blow Let the wind blow Let the wind blow Let the wind blow Is there? Is there a deep well anywhere? In the, in the heart of the earth, there's a hole To hide our head in The blackbirds will be The only witnesses To our dear, human innocence They weep in silence For they cannot enter where you abide Is there? Is there a hidden cave anywhere? In the, in the eye of the forest, there's a house To shed our tears in The old wind will be Our knowing father For if you ask him anything He always whistles back Oh, Aeolus Thou Almighty King of the isle with the copper walls Take this divine being to his faraway home There his soul will bloom with gentle cyclamens There they will spread their scent Bathed in light White children of Sun And let me wither away Give all life to him Let him live for two And the land will sing Will sing The land will sing Will sing The land will sing Father Wind Please, guide him Father Wind Please, guide him Let the old wind guide you Let the old wind guide you Let the old wind guide you Let the old wind guide you home Let the old wind guide you home Let the old wind guide you home Let the old wind guide you home

Apollo's Sun 04:52
I come from a far away land The land of the golden sand Isolated, and wild, and ancient A letter that has never reached Its recipient There, summer is endless Yeah, there, summer is endless I come from the land of giants Their fingers live up in the mountains But every time I ask them how it feels To breathe above the clouds they say "You people always crave for things that you cannot have" But at least summer is endless Yeah, here summer will never end Here summer will never end Yeah, here summer is endless Well, I heard that you are Apollo's Sun Plowing the fields with your guitar Playing your heart out, giving Like father had taught you I wish I could sing with you a bar Or two, or three, or five But here summer is endless Yeah, here the damn thing never ends Here the damn thing never ends Here summer is endless It never ends Never ends It never ends Never ends Never ends Never ends (Never ends) (Never ends) (Never ends) (Never ends) Oh it never ends It never ends Never ends Never ends I think it is about time The sun played with the giants' heads instead

And there I stood Watching, like a fool Waving goodbye To the wind As it pulled you away (Poor thing) Which mask am I going to wear today? My dear master once had stated "All the world's a stage" And we are the actors So I've consciously decided to become the jester Pleasing the King and the Queen This way nobody can see The river flowing from behind that face Of a fool The painted face Of a fool They won't get to taste a single, salty drop Of my real molecules But, hey... It's okay I am glad I can hide behind this silly attitude I'm even friends with the fish I am friends with the fish That flow from my cheeks Flow from my cheeks The narrow creeks Flow from my cheeks My rocky cliffs Flow from my cheeks My rocky cliffs Flow from my cheeks The narrow creeks There will be no more jokes For the guests tonight To peaceful slumber, I wish to surrender And dance in my realm Where I can be free My eyes, I close

Letters Home 06:51
I scarcely remember the glorious City Woven on the sand Crimson houses, wild caves Shadows sneakily passing by I remember the trees Rooted high up in the endless mountains Elders, children, like alien creatures Were dancing on the hillside They were dancing on the hillside Star-studded sky, take me home To the flaming, the bloody, red mountains Star-studded sky, take me home To the flaming, the bloody, red mountains Star-studded sky, take me home To the flaming, the bloody, red mountains Star-studded sky, take me home To the flaming, the bloody, red mountains Oh, sacred earth Does it rain there? Or did you dry out with time? Oh, dark cloud Do you see that big rock, You used to wash without end? Oh, sacred earth Does it rain there? Or did you dry out with time? We are the pieces of what we remember We hold in ourselves the hopes and fears of those who love us As long as there's love and memory, there's no true loss I want to run up the mountains Leave red footprints I want to run up the mountains Leave red footprints I want to run up the mountains Leave red footprints

Songbird 06:15
My song Bird My song Bird My song Bird My song Bird My song I had washed my hair twice The flower soap, the colorful feathers Zealously flooded into My land of fantasies My land of fantasies My land of fantasies A bird So flamboyant So sublime Used to sing freely over my dome for hours I had worn a blossoming dress The orange sun, the farewell songs Peacefully faded In my land of fantasies My land of fantasies My land of fantasies That songbird And between the smoking mountains Rested a familiar beak And a pair of weary, chestnut eyes Watching over me I was not dreaming There was my songbird (I was not dreaming) There was my songbird (I was not dreaming) There was my songbird My only songbird Come sing again Until then Farewell

about

Confessions to my Songbird is the first demo EP of Nama Dama. The work consists of five pieces. Five narrations, that fuse together into a bigger story. Each piece is played & narrated by Nama Dama herself. The main aim of these musical pieces is to ask and discuss important questions in a playful, creative way through role play. Confessions to my Songbird is basically the confessions of an artist to their main object of inspiration. As the confessions proceed, the artist puts on different hats, trying to convey their message with different voices, portraying various characters. Their main goal is to prevent their exposure, which at the end of the day, is inevitable. The stories discuss the idea of Home, Nature, Loss, Suppression, and Artistic Infatuation.
